A Forever Young Spa membership includes one professional treatment per month (your choice of facial, massage, or stretch therapy), 15% off all injectable treatments (Botox and filler), priority booking for peak appointment times, and rollover credits if you miss a month. Members lock in today's pricing for the term of their membership. There are no long-term contracts — memberships are month-to-month and can be paused once per year.

Is a med spa membership worth it in Boston?

A med spa membership is worth it if you plan to visit more than once per month or you receive injectable treatments regularly. Monthly HydraFacial at membership pricing saves approximately $40 to $60 per session compared to walk-in pricing. Can I use my membership treatment for different services each month?

Yes. Your monthly membership treatment is flexible — you can use it for a facial (HydraFacial, chemical peel, microdermabrasion), massage (Swedish, deep tissue, sports), or stretch therapy session each month, depending on what your skin and body need. You do not need to commit to the same service every month.

Does the Forever Young Spa membership cover Botox?

The membership does not include Botox or filler as the base monthly treatment — injectables are priced separately. Members receive 15% off all injectable services, which is a meaningful saving on both first appointments and maintenance sessions. The monthly base treatment can be applied to any of our facial, massage, or stretch services.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Members can pause their membership once per 12-month period (the monthly fee is not charged during a pause, and the pause period does not count toward treatment credits). To cancel, provide 30 days notice before the next billing date. Credits from an active membership roll over for one billing cycle if a month is missed without a pause.

Forever Young Spa memberships are priced to pay for themselves within the first two visits. Members who sign up in person at a consultation receive the first month at the lower introductory rate.
