By booking, purchasing, or using Forever Young Spas services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We offer massage, stretch and recovery, and skin treatments at 262 Beacon St, Suite 3, Boston, MA. Treatments are for wellness and relaxation; they are not medical care and do not replace advice from your doctor.
Bookings & cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the service. Missed appointments are charged in full.
Membership
Memberships include monthly treatment credits as described at purchase. Unused credits roll over for 2 months. There is a 3-month minimum, then month to month. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Members may upgrade a visit to 90 minutes for $35; on regular (non-member) services, a 90-minute upgrade is $50 where offered. Full terms appear when you join.
Gift cards
Gift cards may be purchased online or in person. Forever Young gift cards do not expire. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Payments & gratuity
We accept cards, Apple Pay, and tap to pay. We do not accept cash. Gratuity is not included; 15–22% is customary.
Offers
Promotional offers (including FIRST20) have their own rules. Unless stated otherwise: new guests only, one use, book online, and not valid with other discounts or third-party bookings.
Health & conduct
Tell us about relevant health conditions before your visit. We may decline or stop a treatment if it is not appropriate. Please treat staff and other guests with respect.
